You are invited to attend the 2012 Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) Complex Networks Program Review to be held December 18-21, 2012 at the Ronald Regan Building, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20004. We are looking forward to a stimulating meeting and opportunities for interactions between all participants in the program.
REGISTRATION
Online registration for this meeting will be available 13 September through 14 December 2012.
Please complete your online registration no later than Friday, December 14, 2012. It is very important for you to preregister by the date mentioned above so that the appropriate resources are available for the meeting and attendees. There will be no registration fee for this meeting. The registration desk will be open starting at 7:30 AM each day of the meeting.
ABSTRACTS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Abstracts will be collected for an electronic book which will be available on the registration website prior to the meeting. Abstracts are not to exceed one page and should be submitted publication-ready to registration@afosr.af.mil by Friday, December 7, 2012. Please include the following in the subject line of your message: For oral presentations, “Abstract – Complex Networks. A Microsoft Word attachment is the preferred method. The one-page oral abstracts may later be posted on the AFOSR web site. If you have any other specific requirements for your oral presentation please contact Alea Stewart (Alea.Stewart@afosr.af.mil, 703-696-7307).

LODGING AND MEALS
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations for lodging. A block of rooms has been set aside at the JW Marriott Washington DC, 1331 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Washington, DC 20004, and all rooms are based on the prevailing government per diem rate per night, plus tax.

BUILDING ACCESS
The meeting will be held at the Ronald Regan Building, 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20004. The URL for meeting place is http://www.itcdc.com/index.php which also contains additional hotel, metro and transportation information to the facility.
You will be asked to present a GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID and/or valid drives license to gain access into the Ronald Regan International Trade Center. Everyone will be asked to walk through the magnetometers as a part of the building’s security process. All Foreign Visitors & Nationals will be asked to provide their PASSPORT to gain access into the building and proceed through the magnetometers as well.
