Applications

Verint applications are built-in tools and modules designed to provide specific functionalities and services within the Verint Community platform. These applications enhance the platform’s capabilities by enabling collaboration, content management, communication, and community engagement. Unlike widgets, which are smaller, customizable components used to build pages, applications are larger, more comprehensive features that offer specific services or tools for community members.

Maps powered by ESRI ArcGIS Portal

To Enable Applications:

1. Click Manage (pencil icon) > Manage Group > Applications.
2. Select Add Application.
3. Select the app you want to enable.
4. Enter a Name/Description.
5. Click Save.
