2012 Space Propulsion and Power Contractors Meeting

You are invited to attend the 2012 Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) 2012 Space Propulsion and Power Contractors Meeting to be held September 10-14, 2012 in Arlington, VA . We are looking forward to a stimulating meeting and opportunities for interactions between all participants in the program.

REGISTRATION

Online registration for this meeting will be available 19 July to 07 September 2012.

Please complete your online registration no later than Friday, September 07, 2012.  It is very important for you to preregister by the date mentioned above so that the appropriate resources are available for the meeting and attendees.  There will be no registration fee for this meeting.  The registration desk will be open starting at 7:30 AM each day of the meeting.

RESERVATIONS & HOTEL INFORMATION

Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations for lodging.  A block of rooms has been set-aside at the Holiday Inn-Ballston, 4610 N. Fairfax Dr., Arlington, VA 22209 and all rooms are based on the government per diem rate per night, plus tax.  Check-in time at the Holiday Inn-Ballston is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m.  Guests arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can provide a baggage storage area for early arrivals or late departures.  Reservations must be made by Friday, 31 August 2012.  The room rate is based on a first come first serve basis until Friday, 31 August 2012.
