You are invited to attend the 2012 Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) Information Operations & Securities Program Review to be held October 1-5, 2012. We are looking forward to a stimulating meeting and opportunities for interactions between all participants in the program.
REGISTRATION
Online registration for this meeting will be available 13 August to 28 September 2012.
Please complete your online registration no later than Friday, September 28, 2012. It is very important for you to preregister by the date mentioned above so that the appropriate resources are available for the meeting and attendees. There will be no registration fee for this meeting. The registration desk will be open starting at 7:30 AM each day of the meeting.
FILE SHARE
When uploading files use the file name convention of "Name-University-Topic." You will need to have an APAN account in order to upload documents.
ABSTRACTS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Abstracts will be collected for an electronic book which will be available on the registration website prior to the meeting. Abstracts are not to exceed one page and should be submitted publication-ready to registration@afosr.af.mil by Friday, September 21, 2012. Please include the following in the subject line of your message: For oral presentations, “Abstract – Information Operations & Securities". A Microsoft Word attachment is the preferred method. The one-page oral abstracts may later be posted on the AFOSR web site. If you have any other specific requirements for your oral presentation please contact Alea Stewart (Alea.Stewart@afosr.af.mil, 703-696-7307).

RESERVATIONS & HOTEL INFORMATION
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations for lodging. A block of rooms has been set-aside at the Holiday Inn-Ballston, 4610 N. Fairfax Dr., Arlington, VA 22209 and all rooms are based on the government per diem rate per night, plus tax. Check-in time at the Holiday Inn-Ballston is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 p.m. Guests arriving prior to 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available. The front desk can provide a baggage storage area for early arrivals or late departures. Reservations must be made by Friday, 21 September 2012. The room rate is based on a first come first serve basis until Friday, 21 September 2012.
