You are invited to attend the 2012 Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR) 2012 Ultrashort Pulse Laser-Matter Interactions Program Review to be held December 18-20, 2012, at the William F. Bolger Center, 9600 Newbridge Drive, Potomac, MD 20854. We are looking forward to a stimulating meeting and opportunities for interactions between all participants in the program.
REGISTRATION
Please complete your online registration no later than Friday, 13 December, 2012.
There will be no registration fee for the meeting, but it is still very important for you to preregister by the date mentioned so the appropriate resources are available for the meeting and attendees. The registration desk will be open one hour before the start of the meeting each day. Participants will be responsible for their own meals. There is a restaurant on site for your convenience and a buffet lunch package for us at $18.00. Be advised there are no other food option close by.

ORAL PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations are scheduled to be 25 minutes in length plus 5 minutes reserved for questions. We will strictly adhere to this 30-minute allotment per talk in order to keep to our busy schedule. It is expected that all presentations will be from computers and use an LCD projector which will be available. If you have any other specific audio-visual needs for your presentation, please contact me or Kathy Ragsdale (kathy.ragsdale@afosr.af.mil or 703-696-9499).
HOTEL INFORMATION
Attendees are responsible for making their own reservations for lodging. A block of rooms has been set-aside at the Bolger Center. Click Registration Form and follow the instruction to make your reservation. Make your reservations early to secure a room.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Parking -There is no cost to park at the Center. Shuttle Service -There is shuttle service to and from Montgomery Mall and the Bethesda Metro Station.Internet - Wireless Internet Access both in common area (including the General Session Room) and sleeing rooms. Recreational Facilities -Fitness center, indoor pool, etc.
Nurshiment hubs are available.
