• APAN’s Verint Community Privacy Options

    APAN's Verint platform has privacy settings that are managed differently from SharePoint or any other collaboration software.  If you are an Owner or a Member of a Verint group on APAN, please note the following about how Verint privacy settings are managed.

    Verint groups have 5 different options for privacy:

    • Private Unlisted
    • Private Listed
    • Public Closed
    • Public Open
    • Joinless

    APAN will update our version of Adobe Connect to 11.4.5 on Wednesday November 2, 2022. APAN's Adobe Connect will be unavailable from 1800 to midnight Zulu/GMT/UTC time on Wednesday.

  • CLOSE YOUR ADOBE CONNECT ROOMS - EMERGENCY DOWNTIME 09/16/2020

    TO All APAN USERS,

    The APAN team needs to perform an emergency ASI on Adobe Connect services to facilitate increased customer demand due to crisis response support for fires, hurricanes, and ongoing operations.  The emergency ASI will start TODAY 09/16/2020 at 1230 HST and will end at 1330 HST.

    Hosts should close down your Adobe Connect room properly by ENDING YOUR MEETING by 1230 HST.

  • APAN Adobe Connect Upgrade on May 2

    We upgraded ArcGIS to version 10.7 on April 9th, and your APAN team is still on track to upgrade Adobe Connect to version 10.6 at the end of next week. To minimize disruptions to ongoing operations, we moved the upgrade date to Saturday, 02 May 2020 and expect no more than a 4-hour disruption in service from 1800-2200 GMT.
